No shot will be given to a minor unless the minor’s parent/guardian is present. Our office personnel will not restrain children or adolescents for shots. Both of these policies are for the protection of the child.
Please remember to bring your shot record with you to be updated at the time of the visit. If you need another copy later, there will be a charge.
